Supporter groups keep in touch with each other outside the portal too, mainly on Facebook and WhatsApp. Here's where to find those groups, and a few notes on how they work.

A few notes on how these groups work
  • This is a space for people who may be grieving as well as fundraising — be gentle, and assume good intent.
  • Keep other people's stories theirs to tell. Don't share screenshots or personal details outside the group.
  • It's fine to ask for help, share a win, or just say hello — there's no such thing as a silly question here.
  • If a post or message doesn't feel right, you can always flag it to your CFR — no judgement, no explanation needed.
  • These links take you outside the portal to Facebook/WhatsApp, which have their own privacy settings — review those if you're not sure.
